Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your booking, contact our office as soon as possible if you foresee a conflict. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus service fees, while cancellations within 48 hours and "No Shows" are nonrefundable. In the event of severe weather, as determined by Bayou Boat Rentals, you will receive a full refund minus service fees or have the option to reschedule. Please arrive on time for your rental and ensure the pontoon boat is returned promptly at the end of your reservation.
