- Bayou Boat Rentals offers some of the top-of-the-line rental boats in Gulf County, with a variety of options for groups of 2 to 12 passengers. Our fleet includes pontoons, tritoons, Double-Decker Twin-Slide Pontoons, and fishing boats, and all of our rental boats are pet-friendly! We’re proud to have been voted a Best of Florida winner for three years in a row, and we work hard to provide the quality boats, equipment, and service that keep families coming back year after year.
- Comfort matters when you’re spending the day under the Florida sun! Our pontoons and tritoons feature double bimini tops, providing extra shade and coverage for your family while you enjoy St. Joseph Bay. Each rental boat also comes equipped with all safety equipment required by Florida law, a dive flag, swim ladder, and life jackets for every passenger.
- Bringing little ones? We’ve got you covered. We keep PLENTY of infant, child, and youth life jackets in a variety of sizes at the dock. Our children’s life jackets are not first come, first served, so there’s no need to worry about arriving early or bringing your own just because we may run out. Simply let us know what sizes you need when you arrive, and we’ll make sure your little passengers are properly fitted before you leave the dock. Florida law requires children under six years old to wear a life jacket while the vessel is underway.
- Fuel is included in the rental price, and every boat leaves the dock with a full tank. No surprise fuel charge when you return, just more time to enjoy your day on beautiful St. Joseph Bay.
- Florida Boater Safety Requirements:
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to complete an approved boater safety course and carry proof of completion while operating a boat. A valid NASBLA-approved boater safety certificate or card from another state may also satisfy Florida’s boater education requirement. A temporary 90 day exam certificate is available through boatus.org.
