Restrictions

Drivers Must provide proof of valid boater's safety course/boaters license, or born before January 1, 1988.
Must be at least 21 years old to rent
Drivers must be at least 16 years old, AND have a valid Drivers License AND have parental consent AND have a valid boaters safety certificate from your home state or Florida
Capacity is restricted to 1 driver and 1 passenger
Riders must be at least 8 years old with parental consent
Maximum weight capacity: 500 lbs per jet ski
No alcohol or drug use before or during the ride

Additional Information

All participants MUST sign a waiver before riding
Weather conditions may affect availability, Bayou Boat Rental, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any rentals due to weather conditions or water tides.
Failure to arrive on time and provide required documents (drivers license & boaters license, as required by Florida law) can result in your rental being rescheduled or cancelled with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your booking, contact our office as soon as possible if you foresee a conflict. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus service fees, while cancellations within 48 hours and "No Shows" are nonrefundable. In the event of severe weather, as determined by Bayou Boat Rentals, you will receive a full refund minus service fees or have the option to reschedule. All rental reservations are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST). It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive on time based on this time zone. Failure to arrive at the correct time will not result in a refund or a prorated rate. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please arrive on time for your rental and ensure the pontoon boat is returned promptly at the end of your reservation.

We rented a pontoon for half a day and the boat was clean and comfortable for our group of 8 people and two dogs. we explored the beautiful waters and even saw dolphins who swam right next to the boat.

We loved our first outing so much we came back a couple of days later and went out again.  Brian just "gets it".  He knows how to treat people and we'll be back same time next year.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a great time. The pontoon had a double canopy, so we were shaded the entire time except when shelling & snorkeling. The owner is so accommodating & helped us plan our week with his knowledge of the area. We found the largest shells & sand dollars we have ever seen off of the pontoon. The entire family loved it.
